Event Date Reservation

Event dates are not reserved until a deposit has been received and confirmed.

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final Details

Final guest counts, event details, and service selections should be confirmed prior to the event date.

Payment

The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Travel

Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

Outdoor Events & Weather

For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable service area. In the event of severe weather, alternative arrangements may be discussed.

Available flavors, menu items, and service options are subject to availability.

Fundraising Events

Fundraising opportunities are customized based on the organization, event type, and fundraising goals. Specific terms will be provided before confirmation.
